Parker County Warrant RecordsParker County Warrant Records

Call the clerk named on the citation or case paper. Keep the case reference handy. Parker County warrant records are confirmed by the office that keeps the file, such as the District Clerk, County Clerk, or Sheriff’s Office. This private reference can point a caller to an official channel, but it cannot update a docket or answer for a city court. Read the contact details below before calling, then ask which record is available and whether the office needs a written request for documents.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This private reference cannot confirm a warrant, recall process, take bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. Contact the issuing court for docket status and the Sheriff’s Office for custody or service questions.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Choose the office based on the case type and the record sought. A county search result may not include a city court docket, and the Sheriff’s booking desk does not replace the issuing clerk.

  • Felony case: contact the District Clerk felony desk for a record in the 43rd or 415th District Court.
  • County-court matter: contact the County Clerk or assigned County Court at Law division.
  • JP citation: use the precinct listed on the citation; each JP court has separate contacts.
  • City citation: contact the Municipal Court named on the paper.
  • Custody or Sheriff record: call the jail or dispatch for operational questions; send Public Information Act requests in writing.

Sheriff contacts and locations

For Sheriff records, write to April Little at april.little@parkercountytx.com, fax 817-594-7809, or mail or deliver a request to Parker County Sheriff’s Office, Attn: April Little, 129 Hogle Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086. The Sheriff’s Open Records page says requests must be written. Email, fax, mail, and in-person delivery are accepted; phone requests are not.

The county’s JP directory · JP2 office listing links the four precinct offices. City Municipal Court contacts are listed on each city’s official court page, because city cases do not share one county warrant desk.

For a city-court citation, call the municipal office named on the paper. These contacts cover city Class C records, not county felony or JP status. Give the clerk a citation or case number and ask which file is current before relying on a portal display.

  • Weatherford Municipal Court: official court page; 303 Palo Pinto Street, 817-598-4120, courtadmin.gov. Weekday hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Azle Municipal Court: official court page; 505 West Main Street, 817-444-2541. The office lists weekday hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; its citation materials use a 20-day response period.
  • Willow Park Municipal Court: official court page; 101 West Stagecoach Trail, 817-441-7107. The city says new citations can take three working days to process. Use a case or citation number when asking the clerk to locate a filing.
  • Aledo Municipal Court: official court page; 200 Old Annetta Road, 817-441-7016, courts.gov. The office lists weekday hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and tells citation holders to contact the court within 20 days.
  • Springtown Municipal Court: official court page; the court office is at 102 East 2nd Street and the courthouse at 200 North Main. Call 817-220-4834; listed weekday hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The city processing windows are not extensions of a citation deadline. Willow Park’s three working days and Springtown’s 24 to 48 business-hour window concern record processing, while Azle and Aledo describe response periods. Weatherford says some final dispositions older than five years may not appear online. Ask the named court what record is available and whether a separate action is needed to confirm a payment, appearance, or warrant-status change. Springtown also offers Spanish assistance through court staff; call if language support would help prepare a question. If the citation is missing, explain the city and approximate date, then ask which reference the clerk accepts before sending personal details. Before mailing, describe an existing record and date range; do not ask the clerk to create a countywide list or decide legal options. Ask how the office will acknowledge the request and where to direct follow-up.
